Career & Experience

Our senior partner, Joseph A. Scutieri, Esq., has more than 35 years of experience as an attorney in both New York and New Jersey. He was born and raised in the New York Metropolitan Area, where he subsequently attended undergraduate school and law school—making the dean’s list both times.

Today, Mr. Scutieri is known for successfully closing and personally handling thousands of real estate cases. He has also worked on hundreds of matrimonial cases up to and including the trial. Additionally, he has handled and drafted hundreds of wills while assisting clients with their estate and business planning.
